Social security service

If you are a company or society with salaried workers in the Dominican Republic, you must be registered in the Social Security Treasury (TSS), be registered as a company in the Social Security and have your workers affiliated in the Dominican Social Security System.

What does the social security service consist of?

The service consists of the preparation and filing of reports with the Social Security Treasury (TSS), registration of employees with the TSS, registration of the company with the Social Security, affiliation of your company and your workers to the Social Security System, as well as the filing of reports with the Ministry of Labor.

Why should I report to the TSS?

The Social Security Treasury is responsible for managing the Single Information and Collection System (SUIR), all companies and corporations, whether public or private, must report to the TSS and make the payment of labor benefits on the dates established by this entity, in order to avoid incurring in surcharges or suspension of labor benefits of their employees.

Why should I be registered in the social security system?

All companies and corporations whether public or private must be registered in the National Taxpayers Registry (RNC) and file reports for each of their employees with the Ministry of Labor.
