If you have a company in the Dominican Republic and need to certify, renew, or update your commercial registry, you must make this modification through the Chamber of Commerce and Production.
The Commercial Registry is currently governed by Law 3-02, dated January 18, 2002.

This renewal must be done every two years, updating information such as: address, company name, economic activity, phone number, RNC (National Taxpayer Registry), email, website, partners, shareholders, managers, members of the board of directors, among others.
It is the official communication issued by the Chamber of Commerce that certifies the information of a registered company.
