If you are an individual or legal entity in the Dominican Republic and wish to become a supplier of the Dominican State, you must register in the State Suppliers Registry (RPE).

By registering as a state supplier, you have the opportunity to offer your products and services to more than 491 government entities.

What is needed to renew a Commercial Registry?

For legal and natural persons:

Original simple declaration, which does not need to be notarized. It must have a minimum validity period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of its signature.
Simple Declaration for Legal Entities.
Simple Declaration for Individuals.
Complete application form (if the request is in person).
Registration/update form for the Suppliers Registry and bank account for payment purposes.
Copy of the Commercial Registry from the relevant Chamber of Commerce and Production. (If the corporate purpose is not fully stated in the Commercial Registry, a copy of the bylaws must be submitted).
Copy of the bylaws (for newly created companies) or the minutes of the last assembly held where the shareholding structure is verified, registered, and stamped by the relevant Chamber of Commerce and Production.
When a company is a partner or shareholder of another company applying for or holding a State Supplier Registration, it must submit a copy of the bylaws or the minutes of the last assembly held where the shareholding structure of the partner or shareholder company is verified.
