Procedure for registering LPG transport units

Once the prerequisites are met, the procedure for registering LPG transport units must be followed. This process involves:

  • Submitting the application for registration of integrated tank units for LPG transportation to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and SMEs (MICM).
  • Provide the required documentation, including safety certification of the units and their technical enablement.
  • Pay the corresponding fees established by the MICM.
  • Once the application and complete documentation are received, the MICM will review and evaluate the transport units.
  • If all requirements are met, the home delivery and bulk sale transport license for LPG will be granted.
