Online process via the MICM Virtual Window:

If you wish to complete the process online, you must access the Virtual Window of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and SMEs (MICM), where you can make the change in the registration of the license for the transportation of petroleum derivatives by mobile unit quickly and easily.

Here are the steps to follow for the online process:

  • Create a user account on the online platform: First, you must create your user account on the MICM Virtual Window online platform. This will allow you to access all available services and complete your transactions securely.
  • Select the service for a change in registration: Once you have created your account, you must select the service for a change in the registration of the license for the transportation of petroleum derivatives by mobile unit. Make sure to choose the correct option so that your request is processed without issues.
  • Upload the required documents: At this stage, you must upload the necessary documents for the process. Ensure that you have the request letter for the change or modification, as well as the documentation supporting the modifications made.

  • Assistance in creating a user account on the online platform: First, they will assist you in creating your user account on the MICM Virtual Window online platform. This step is necessary to access the services and electronically submit your documents.
  • Submit the required physical documents: Once you have created your account, you must bring the necessary documents in physical format to the MICM Customer Service Division. Here, they will receive and validate the required documents to ensure that your request is processed correctly.
