Request and Conducting Technical Evaluation of Land Functionality

The Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and SMEs (MICM) offers a service for requesting and conducting a technical evaluation of land functionality. You can access it both online, through the MICM Virtual Window, and in person, by submitting the complete file to the Customer Service Division of the MICM.

To request the technical evaluation, you must provide several documents, such as the property title certificate and certification from the General Directorate of Internal Taxes (DGII).

Property title certificate.
National ID card.
Financial statements.
Certification from the General Directorate of Internal Taxes (DGII).
Power of attorney.
Copy of the commercial name registration certificate.
Copy of the commercial registry certificate.
Social statutes.
Minutes and list of the assembly.
Legal status certification of the property.
Copy of the registration act in the National Taxpayers Registry (RNC).
Valid certification from the Social Security Treasury.
Individual location plan georeferenced by GPS system.
