Company registration

Registration of the commercial name at ONAPI

Courier operating license

  2. Document containing the general data of the personnel assigned by the company to act before the customs service (identification document and company identification card).
  3. Constituent documents of the requesting company issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Production.
  4. Certification of no criminal record for the partners or shareholders forming the company.
  5. Certification of being up-to-date with tax obligations, and a bond of RD$2,500,000.00.
  6. Have at least one qualified person to act before the Customs service, who has passed the Basic Customs Knowledge course taught by CAPGEFI. Submit a copy of these certificates.

It should be noted that this license is renewed annually.
