Requirements to establish a Mexican company in the Dominican Republic

  1. Commercial Registry application form.
  2. Corporate document authorizing operations in the Dominican Republic and establishing the company’s domicile in the country, duly apostilled and translated if not originally in Spanish.
  3. Power of attorney: If applicable, provide a notarized power of attorney proving the legal representative’s authority.
  4. Copies of valid passports of shareholders, administrators, and representatives.
  5. Certified copies of all corporate documents according to the legislation of origin, duly apostilled and translated if not originally in Spanish.
  6. For foreign companies participating as shareholders, attach a copy of the Certificate of Good Standing and/or Incorporation and/or Certificate of Incumbency or the equivalent Commercial Registry Certificate from the country of origin, as well as the corporate document identifying the individual representing the foreign company, duly apostilled and translated if not originally in Spanish.
