Requirements to establish a French company in the Dominican Republic

  1. Commercial Registry application form.
  2. Company document authorizing operations in the Dominican Republic, establishing a local address, duly apostilled and translated if not in Spanish.
  3. Power of attorney: If applicable, present a notarized power of attorney accrediting the legal representative.
  4. Copies of valid passports of partners, shareholders, directors, and legal representatives.
  5. Certified copies of the French company’s incorporation documents, according to the laws of origin, apostilled and translated if not in Spanish.
  6. If foreign companies participate as shareholders, include a copy of the Certificate of Good Standing, Incorporation, Legal Existence, or equivalent from the French Commercial Registry, and the document identifying the natural person representing the company, apostilled and translated if not in Spanish.
