Commercial Registry application form.
Company document authorizing operations in the Dominican Republic, establishing a local address, duly apostilled and translated if not in Spanish.
Power of attorney: If applicable, submit a notarized power of attorney accrediting the legal representative in the Dominican Republic.
Copies of valid passports of partners, shareholders, directors, and legal representatives.
Certified copies of all incorporation documents of the Chinese company, according to the laws of origin, apostilled and translated if not in Spanish.
If foreign companies are involved as shareholders, include a copy of the Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Legal Existence, or an equivalent document from the Chinese Commercial Registry, as well as the corporate document identifying the company representative, apostilled and translated if not in Spanish.
