Requirements to incorporate a Colombian company in the Dominican Republic

Registration application form for the Mercantile Registry.
Corporate document authorizing operations in the Dominican Republic, establishing the company’s domicile in the country, duly apostilled and translated if not originally in Spanish.
Power of attorney: If applicable, provide a notarized power of attorney accrediting the legal representative’s authority.
Copies of valid passports of shareholders, directors, and representatives.
Certified copies of all company incorporation documents according to the legislation of origin, duly apostilled and translated if not originally in Spanish.
For foreign companies that are part of the foreign entity to be incorporated, a copy of the Certificate of Good Standing and/or Incorporation and/or Certificate of Incumbency or the equivalent Mercantile Registry Certificate from the country of origin must be attached, along with the corporate document evidencing the individual representing the foreign company, duly apostilled and translated if not originally in Spanish.
