Requirements to establish a Peruvian company in the Dominican Republic

  1. Commercial Registry application form.
  2. Corporate document authorizing operations in the Dominican Republic, establishing the company’s local address, duly apostilled and translated if not originally in Spanish.
  3. Power of attorney: If applicable, provide a notarized power of attorney certifying the legal representation of the appointed representative.
  4. Photocopies of valid passports of shareholders, directors, and representatives.
  5. Certified copies of all corporate formation documents, in accordance with the country of origin’s legislation, duly apostilled and translated if not originally in Spanish.
  6. For foreign companies acting as shareholders, include a copy of the Certificate of Good Standing and/or Incorporation and/or Certificate of Legal Existence or the equivalent of the Commercial Registry Certificate from the country of origin, as well as the corporate document identifying the natural person representing the foreign company, duly apostilled and translated if not originally in Spanish.
